REFUND & RETURN POLICY

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, a free replacement will be provided if the product qualifies under the warranty terms and conditions. To initiate the return process, please contact our Customer Service Team at +91-70420 86848 or mail us at [email protected] before using the product. The return process may be subject to the nature and category of the product. Customers must inform us of any damage, defect, or missing items within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Conditions for Return:

1. Valid Invoice Copy

2. Unboxing Video at the time of Delivery where shipping label & MRP label should be clearly visible.

3. Packing Video before dispatching the RTV product to ensure a smoother refund.

Refund Policy

1. The partial paid amount is non-refundable.

2. Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method used:

   • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited back to the card within 7 working days, and the amount will be reflected in the next billing statement.

   • Net Banking: Refunds will be processed directly into the bank account used for the transaction.
