Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

• Unused

• Original packaging is intact

• Original tags are attached

• Invoice is available

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift Cards

• Digital Products

• Customized Products

• Personal Care Items

• Innerwear

• Perishable Goods

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• Damaged Product

• Defective Product

• Wrong Item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos.

Refund Process

Once the returned product passes inspection:

• Refunds are initiated within 2 business days

• Amount is credited within 5–7 business days

• Refunds are made to the original payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders:

• Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or UPI after verification.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before shipment.

• Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged for:

• Wrong Size

• Wrong Color

• Manufacturing Defect

• Wrong Product Delivered

Return Shipping

• Free return pickup for defective or incorrect products.

• Customer bears return shipping cost for other eligible returns unless otherwise specified.
