Warranty Summary

1 Year Manufacturer Warranty (Carry-in)

Your Syntro product is backed by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If your product develops a manufacturing fault during the warranty period, our support team will assist you with repair or replacement as applicable.

Refund Policy
Returns and replacements can be requested within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

• Damaged, defective or incorrect products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging and include all accessories and the purchase invoice.

• All returned products are inspected before a refund or replacement is approved.

• Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method.

• Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued as Syntro Store Credit, valid for future purchases.
